Gilead Oncology Support is a patient support program that can provide information on coverage, financial, and other support options for individuals who have been prescribed a Gilead Oncology medication. We know this is a challenging time, and our program is here to help.
Gilead Oncology Support program specialists can conduct a benefits investigation to help you and your patient understand their insurance coverage and any prior authorization or appeals process requirements.
To enroll a patient in Gilead Oncology Support, you may use the online enrollment link.
Our program specialists will notify the patient and HCP if the patient is eligible and approved for any of our programs. Our goal is to provide information and resources to help a patient access their prescribed medication and have helpful information at their fingertips as they navigate their treatment journey.
To be eligible to enroll into PAP, individuals need to be residents of the United States, Puerto Rico, or US Territories, in addition to meeting other eligibility criteria. Proof of residency may be required.
Standard PAP enrollment is for up to 12 months, pending ongoing eligibility checks.
If there is ongoing need for support and the patient remains eligible for PAP, they can re-enroll.
Gilead Oncology Support will reach out to you and your patient 60 days prior to the enrollment end date.
Please notify Gilead Oncology Support by calling 1-844-876-3358 to have the individual withdrawn from PAP.
The Gilead Co-pay Card may help eligible, commercially insured individuals lower their out-of-pocket (OOP) costs. Your patient is not eligible to enroll if they take part in any federally or state-funded prescription drug program, such as Medicare, Medicare Part D, or Medicaid. For more information and to see if your patient is eligible, view terms and conditions.
Your patient can enroll online, or they can call the program directly to enroll over the phone at 1-844-876-3358.
Eligible patients may pay as little as $0 out of pocket for TRODELVY up to an annual benefit of $25,000. Patients do not need to re-enroll and benefits for the co-pay program reset annually on January 1 of each year.
